THE AREA:
Zama Village is an incredible community of very high standards located in a privileged area. Just between the village of Tulum and the beach area, making it easy to get to one side or the other with a bike ride. There are also incredible restaurants in Alza Zama where you can enjoy one of the best pizzas, amazing breakfasts overlooking the jungle, and much more! PARKING:
There is free parking available at the premises.

GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to Tulum to have a good time, but out of respect to the other travelers, this villa has a strict “No Party” policy.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your room during your reservation period.

MINIMUM AGE:
Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 3pm and check-out time is prior to or at 12pm. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.
